ABOUT ME
I am passionate about helping people discover their potential and navigate life's challenges. I am moving towards leadership development with a particular focus on what makes leaders safe and how to build safe cultures in organisations with Cornerstone Safeguarding. I enjoy helping people recognise their own abilities and learn to build resilient mindsets as they lead their own lives well.

I am a qualified teacher who has left working in formal education as of July 2018. I helped lead, teach and pastor a local church in Guildford as part of the eldership team for 6 years until I had little choice but to stand down in early 2022. I work as a staff worker with Friends International (FI) heading up the Life Leadership course as well as teaching cultural welcome and cultural awareness seminars to both staff and students. I am also an international chaplain at the University of Surrey.
Part of my job with Friends International requires raising funds for FI and myself. If you'd like to support me please read this post first: click me!
This blog is a space for sharing thoughts on faith and life, sharing news about my work with Friends International and occasionally I will use the platform to share about Rett Syndrome. If you think I've got something to say and would like me to speak at an event on any of these topics, I would be more than happy to discuss this with you.

If you sign up to the mailing list you will hear all about the work I do with Friends International along with the prayer requests that go with it. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like a conversation or are interested in what I do.
